Shipping policy

Processing Time:

  • We process orders within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.
  • If you place an order before noon CST on a business day, we aim to start processing it the same day! Orders placed after noon CST will begin processing the next business day.
  • You’ll get another email notification when your order ships.
  • During new product releases, restocks, or promotions, please allow up to an additional 5 business days for processing. We’ll do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible!

Shipping Carriers, Rates & Delivery Estimates:

  • USPS Priority Mail: $8.74 (2-4 business days)

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

  • As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • Your tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes:

  • We happily ship to P.O. Boxes in the United States via USPS.

International Shipping:

  • Availability: Right now, we only ship within the United States. Stay tuned as we work to expand our shipping options!

Delivery Issues:

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: We’re not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address you provided. If you have any issues, we can confirm delivery details, including the date of delivery, tracking info, and shipping carrier, for you to follow up.
  • Damages: Please check your order upon receiving it and let us know immediately if anything is wrong. We want to make it right!
